Frank has more than a decade of experience helping organizations articulate their vision and build their brand at the intersection of purpose and business.
Most recently, Frank served as Head of Communications for TPG’s Rise Fund from 2018-2020. In that role, he oversaw all external affairs for the $5B impact investment platform, including all transaction and investment-related media and broader branding efforts. He developed and implemented communications strategies across global markets and worked with major national and international press to position TPG as the most significant impact investor in the market.
From 2014-2018, Frank was Vice President for Strategic Communications at JPMorgan Chase, focused on developing strategic planning and brand building efforts around the firm’s corporate responsibility (CR) initiatives. This effort included their $2.5B in philanthropic giving, as well as stakeholder engagement across the NGO, philanthropic, and business communities. In addition, he developed and led internal communications efforts for the bank’s global CR program.
Before joining JPMorgan Chase, Frank worked for nearly a decade in politics and government, building campaigns and coalitions for candidates and interest groups and oversaw multi-million dollar campaigns at the state and federal levels. He also worked with business, nonprofit and investor clients to help define and articulate their policy goals and turn those goals into action.
Frank attended the University of Colorado with a focus on Political Science.
