Jiten is an experienced impact and infrastructure investment professional with 13 years of private market investment experience. Jiten advises family offices, impact investment funds and early-stage, mission driven businesses on their investment, impact measurement, and fundraising strategies.

Previously, Jiten was the Mobility Investments Lead at Sidewalk Labs (Alphabet’s urban technology arm), a mission-driven and sustainability-focused organization dedicated to improving the quality of living in cities through technology.

Prior to Sidewalk, Jiten led Impact Investing at Pershing Square Foundation (Bill Ackman’s family foundation), where he served as the Director of Social Investment and Portfolio Manager of a $40 million impact investment portfolio consisting of early-stage social venture investments and impact fund investments.

Jiten also previously spent eight years at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP), a global private equity fund investing in and managing private equity assets in the transportation and utilities sectors. During his time at MSIP, Jiten was involved in multiple transactions and public-private partnerships in a variety of infrastructure sub-sectors such as parking meters, electricity transmission and distribution, power generation, container terminals and toll bridges. He also served on the Board of Directors of MATEP, a tri-generation power plant that provides electricity, steam and chilled water to six hospitals in Boston’s Longwood Medical Area.

Earlier in his career, Jiten worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Wachovia Securities, providing advisory and capital-raising services to clients in the Consumer & Retail sector.

Jiten holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Boston University.
